Shipping

Processing time
We’re a two-person, husband-and-wife shop. Most orders ship in 1–2 business days. During busy weeks it can take 2–3 business days.

Carriers & tracking (U.S. only)
Ships via USPS or UPS. You’ll get a tracking email when it goes out.

Costs & thresholds
Free U.S. shipping on orders $100+. Under $100: live carrier rates at checkout.

Delivery estimates (U.S.)
Typically 3–5 business days after shipment. Rural routes can take a touch longer.

No international shipping (for now)
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

If your package shows “Delivered”
Check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us—we’ll help.

Returns & Exchanges

Belts (made to your waist)
Each belt is cut to your true waist and sized to the middle hole. Because belts are made to your number, we can’t accept returns for wrong sizing. If there’s a workmanship or hardware issue, we’ll repair or replace it—just reach out within the warranty window below.

Wallets, keychains, and other gear
Unused and in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer (we cover it if we made a mistake).

How to start a return
Email support@grovevalleygoods.com with your order number and what’s up. We’ll reply with simple instructions and process your refund or exchange once it lands.

Paid Resize (belts)

Got the size wrong? We can remake it.

  • Cost: $50 + shipping (it’s essentially a new belt).
  • How: Email support@grovevalleygoods.com with your order number and correct waist size.
  • We’ll invoice you, send a return label if needed, and remake the belt to your number.

Warranty

1-year workmanship warranty. If something we built fails due to workmanship within 12 months, we’ll repair or replace it. Normal wear and tear (patina, stretching, scratches) is expected with full-grain leather.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to tweak waist size or hardware? Email us ASAP at support@grovevalleygoods.com. If we haven’t started cutting, we’ll update it. Once cutting begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.
